The link gives an impression of reverence.  I do apologise if I have offended anyone for using this forum more as a chat,  and not being mindful of Others and traditions,   I am new to Buddhism,

Reading The nine virtues of the Buddha has Shown me the qualities I need to get to the ultimate truth. It’s inspiring. It also allows me to gauge where I am, and how far I have to go. I am inspired by the gift of the Dhamma that makes it easier for me to find the way.  

The teachings That you have shared has helped me so much.

'Buddha' means the awakened one who has discovered the Four Noble Truths without a teacher. It is described in the verse about the nine virtues of the Buddha.
