No it's not justified. Abortion breaks the 1st precept regardless of if you like the father or not.
Here in Sri Lanka abortion is allowed by law only if the mother's life is in serious danger. In such a situation one can make a case that it does not break the precept as the doctors are simply trying to save the mother's life.

If you can justify killing a baby inside a woman just because she dislikes the father, you can justify killing a new born baby or a five year old toddler for the same reason.

There is no straight right or wrong answer to this, it depends on the situation of the woman. May the woman is not financially, physically and mentally ready to carry the burden of pregnancy then abortion is ok. Keep a check on the intention because intention is karma.
