I have been meditating for a while, specially Vipassana and some metta. Some times I feel everything more intense than I'm used to, sometimes I feel so good, but other times I feel the weight of the vices of my untrained mind and I hurt myself and other with words, actions and thoughts, I have tried to stop this behavior with metta, but some times my emotions are so overwhelming that I can't just stop myself. What should I do?

Have you read the booklet? You should practice Satipatthana meditation. Thoughts, emotions, feelings etc. are not an issue in Satipatthana meditation.

Maybe not during meditation, but in situations you're not able to be meditating like a casual talk, they are an issue.

Satipatthana is an all day mediation. You can practice it even when you walk, talk, eat, drink, watch etc.
