I have a lot of different sensations/feelings all the time. How do you choose which sensations to stay with when you leave your breath? Do you stick with the first one until it goes away then return to the breath, or do you switch to whichever is the strongest? If I switch often my practice feels very unfocused.

Technically the mind can only take one object at a time. So note the sensation you feel at the present moment. But if the mind keeps getting distracted often, it can feel like you are experiencing different sensations at once. In that case, note the clearest sensation.
