'Immoral' means actions that violate morals. In Buddhism morals usually mean the precepts. For lay people the five precepts are considered as the expected moral standard.
Watching movies to be entertained is unskillful but it is not immoral for a layman. Reading books to be entertained is unskillful but it is not immoral for a layman. Eating delicious food is neither immoral nor unskillful for anyone. It becomes unskillful if you crave for the taste.
So it would be misleading if you use the word 'immoral' synonymous with Akusala-Kamma.
But if we are talking in terms of Akusala, generally the degree of corruption in the mind that is required to break most of the five precepts is far greater than a simple unskillful act like enjoying a song. So it has a much higher possibility to give you hell births, not just hinder your spiritual progress.
