At the start of my meditation my mind notices that I'm breathing naturally so it gets attached to it and tries to control it so it stays that way and it forces the belly to go in while breathing in.

Note the thinking that the breathing is irregular. Note the wanting to control it. Note the aversion to irregular breathing.
