What to do? How to deal and live with it when pain is too much? Will meditation help with pain?

You can start by reading our how to meditate booklet: https://www.sirimangalo.org/text/how-to-meditate/

Meditation will help you see what's actually happening clearly. You will learn that suffering has more to do with aversion than it does with physical pain. You will also see that pain, like any other experience, is impermanent and not under your control. Seeing these things will help reduce the suffering you may be experiencing.

Thank you. Yes I started reading book.  As I saw in one video, im not sure if this pain is goin to hurt me if I force it through siting/walking? Doctors in europe only see it as discus hernia and nerve compresion but without solution.

Consult a physician. While you are recovering following the medical advice, practice Satipatthana meditation in a comfortable position to deal with the pain.

Thank you. I Consulted few doctors and they have only told me to do exercises and Pt, but none of those are helping much. IN 2 years im still in pain every day and my tolerance to sit or walk is just a lil  bit longer.  Is there posibility that my real problem is some where else?
