How to practice Mindfulness when our mind and body are extremely agitated and we have no energy or focus to note the arising thought patterns or emotions?

How do you know your mind and body are agitated? You are aware of these experiences already. Just add the noting to it.

You don't have to catch everything. Just note whatever is clearest. If nothing is clear note "distracted" and come back to the rising and falling of the abdomen.

I suspect what may be happening is that uncomfortable experiences are arising and you dislike these experiences. So you want to avoid them. That's ok. Just note the dislike.
