It's been 4 months since I took 10 day vipassana course from SN Goyenka I've been practicing vipassana, it's not regularly but in a week 4-5 days a must, since my strong desires hasn't been fulfilled, recently I've been going through severe imotional trauma, it comes with sexual thoughts, anger towards certain people, Family Members,it comes with enormous intensity. This unfulfilled desires and negative thoughts are making myself misarable, I'm hurting myself and others, I'm isolating myself so that I will not hurt anybody with my words. But there is no escape, eventually I'm making myself and others miserable. Please suggest some meditation improvement plus any other way to get myself calm. Equanomous .

I would recommend switching to the Mahasi Sayadaw Satipatthana Vipassana technique instead of Goenka.

Sexual thoughts are not problems. Anyone who is below the state of Anagami can get sexual thoughts. You simply have to be mindful whenever they arise. Whenever such a thought arise, mentally note it as "lusting... lusting... lusting...".

If you are unpleasant to people during day to day interactions,  I would recommend doing Metta meditation on the go. That means, whenever you are about to meet a person, mentally chant "may he/she be happy, may he/she be well, may he/she be safe, may he/she be peaceful and at ease etc.". If there are gaps between the conversation, keep mentally chanting Metta.

It will be fine as long as you don't switch back again. Try this: https://www.sirimangalo.org/text/how-to-meditate/
