So I heard switching leads to restlessness and if I do Vipassana and anapana like 20-25 mins anapana and 40-45vipassana and follow this pattern regularly?can one do Vipassana with anapana together and continue doing that pattern without changing it? or should I be doing one hour anapana and one hour vipassana because I don't want to stop doing anapana.

You can switch as long as you know the difference between the two and how to practice them properly. Then again, alternating between focusing on a concept and focusing on reality in such quick succession might end up slowing down the progress of both techniques.

What do you expect out of meditation? Is it to experience a calm blissful state to rest? Or is it to attain enlightenment? Figure out what you need and pick the technique that would achieve the intended purpose.

Purpose is to let go of the fetters which leads to awakening
