Hello, In the Youtube video about Vipassana retreats, I understand you said we can contact you to, maybe, know if there are any courses that you recommend in our area.

I live in Belgium, so I was wondering if you had any recommendation in this country or in Europe to practice more or less the same kind of courses you teach (half sitting meditation and half walking for example). (Courses without the use of internet, no online courses smiley )

I only know about 10 days Vipassana retreats but they're not really recommended, as it is said in the video I mentioned.

Thank you

Thank you for your answer :) The Netherlands retreat is too costly , I'm looking for donation based / free retreats, so I'll check in more details  the content of the other centers in the links  :)

Yeah, well. Unfortunately no organisation in the Netherlands has its own place. So, even though the teachings are for free, one has always to pay for the rented local, and for food.
This retreat is, btw., one of the cheapest ones in the Netherlands. ;)

Dhammanikhom and Dhammacari in Germany have their own house, if I'm not mistaken. They do everything on dana principle, not just the teaching but rent and food as well, I believe.

Good luck.

Hi Jo,
