What are the dimensions of the pieces of cloth that Buddhist monks wear, and how are they worn?

In particular, I am curious about the dimensions of the Antaravasaka,
Uttarasanga, and Sanghati.

I am also curious about how they are worn, although I have found videos on how to wear the Sanghati already.
